conscious living intentional wellbeing
Discover a progressive and holistic approach to wellness, designed for the evolving needs of our time.
We all hold within us an innate intelligence — the ability to heal, transform, and return to wholeness. Our biology is wired towards regeneration. Yet, so many of us live disconnected from this truth, weighed down by conditioning and unconscious imprints; enslaved to systems that are reinforcing cycles of pain and helplessness.
We are at a point in time where as a collective, we are potentially at our sickest. On the other hand, we are also in the midst of a collective shift in consciousness. It is a potent time for individual and collective change.
It is time for a deep remembering.
Remembering your full capacity to feel, to release, to trust yourself, to create, and to live a fulfilling life aligned with the truth of who you really are.
“I truely feel the depths of my being have been changed in the most divine way.”
- Andrea Ramanathan
Our current traditional models of care are increasingly fragmented and failing to meet our deeper needs.
The standard “diagnose and prescribe” approach does not begin to touch the root of our personal struggles, nor does it acknowledge the spiritual dimension of human beings as being fundamental to our health and development.
We not only carry the impacts of known trauma, but we also hold conception, in utero, birth and transgenerational imprints that shape our experience of life in ways we don’t always recognise. This makes true resolution — true freedom — harder to access. Most personal development approaches and conventional therapies offer temporary relief but fail to shift the deeper patterns at play, perpetuating cycles of frustration and hopelessness.
True healing requires something more — a holistic perspective that acknowledges the multidimensional layers of our Self. One that fosters deeper understanding, self-awareness and real opportunity to resolve issues at their root.
My work offers this path, supporting you in resolving stored imprints, rewiring old beliefs and patterns, and stepping into a life of greater self-awareness, choice, and alignment.
“I have been able to safely engage with the behaviours and patterns that had held me back, to move beyond them and into a place of consciously creating the life I wish for.”
- Anthony Tilla
Hi, I’m Santhiya (sun-dhee-yah).
I live with my husband and 3 beautiful young children on Wadawurrung Country (near the Surf Coast of Victoria). I am a first generation Australian with Sri Lankan Tamil heritage.
Most of my life had been one long string of doing all the things I ‘should’ do, until some years back, it dawned on me that I wasn’t actually feeling fulfilled or living in alignment to my true desires, and this showed up as chronic depression for years.
This was the intersection where my life redirected towards more joy, fulfilment, expression, and living in my purpose. This was when I discovered the power of Breathwork.
My work combines knowledge in neurobiology gained through a decade of working as a Paediatric Physiotherapist, as well as the metaphysical principles absorbed during my completion of an International Certificate in Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery. But most importantly, it consistently reflects my personal journey — the challenges I’ve faced, what I’ve personally integrated, the insights gleaned from thousands of hours of combined personal and professional practice — AND my trust in the process of life.
It is an honour to support people towards a place of thriving mental, emotional, physical & spiritual wellbeing.
“When you reclaim the full capacity of your breath, you reclaim the full capacity of your Self and life.”
- Santhiya Santhiapillai
